Reservations:

We recommend that you make advanced reservations so that you may visit us on your preferred date and stay in your preferred guest room. Reservations may be made online, by phone, or email. A valid credit card is required to hold your reservation. Your credit card will be charged the full amount of your stay the day of your arrival. See cancellation policy below. Reservations may be made for up to one year in advance.

Breakfast:

Perfect Moments B&B is happy to provide a full, hot breakfast included with your stay. Breakfast hours Sun-Fri are 7 am to 9 am, Sat is 8 am to 10 am. Those with special dietary needs, should note such needs on their reservation so that we may prepare properly for you. If you need a take-along breakfast, please let us know at time of check-in and we’ll have a breakfast bag ready for you in the morning.

Cancellation Policy:

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY.

As a small B&B property, cancellations, changes and no-shows affect us greatly. We take great care to reserve your room and have it ready just for you. We understand there are unfortunate events which cause you to change or cancel your reservation. Please note the cancellation, change, and no-show times below.

3 Days or more: Cancel 3 days or more before your scheduled stay and no cancellation fee will apply, unless you have booked a package. See package cancellations.

2 Days: Cancel 48 hours prior to your scheduled stay and a cancellation fee equal to 50% of your affected reserved room cost will be charged to your card. Also see package cancellations.

Day Of Bookings & Cancellations: Cancel the day of your stay and 100% of Day 1 plus 50% of any additional days will be charged to your card on file immediately. Also see package cancellations.

No Shows: Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled reservation without notice will be charged the full amount of their reservation to the card on file immediately.

Stay/Event Packages:

• Packages cancelled prior to 14 days of your stay/event will only be charged for any expenses already paid on your behalf. No other cancellation fee will apply.
• Packages cancelled less than 14 days but more than 48 hours prior to event of your stay/event will be charged 50% of any Deposit and 50% of total, plus any expenses.
• Packages cancelled 48 hours or less to your stay/event will be charged the full quoted rate.

Changes: Please contact us for any change requests. We want to assist you with that and will let you know if any fees may apply.

Payment Policy:

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.

Check In/Check Out Times:

Our check-in time is between 4 pm and 9 pm. However, we do our best to be flexible with check-in times. If you need an earlier arrival time, please let us know and we will let you know if an earlier arrival is possible. Should your plans include an arrival time of later than 9 PM, please let us know. You will be able to go directly to your room with your personal entry code and we will see you at breakfast.

Check-out is at 11 am each morning.

Please contact us should you need to request a late check-in or check-out time. It may be possible, but only with prior notification.

Children:

Perfect Moments B&B primarily caters to couples and single travelers. However, children are welcome when traveling with their family. A pack-and-play crib and an air mattress are available when requested and available. A $18 fee will apply for each person beyond the set room occupancy limit.

Courtyard/BBQ Use:

There is a beautiful courtyard for guests to enjoy at Perfect Moments B&B Inn. A BBQ is also available for guest use (may be seasonal). Please contact us if you wish to use the BBQ, or if you have a small event you may want to host in the Courtyard.

Damage to B&B Property:

Following guest check-out, should we determine that guests have damaged B&B property, we reserve the right to charge the credit card on file a minimum of $250 to cover the cost of repair or replacement, including destroyed, missing or excessively soiled towels, linens, and other items. A receipt and description of items damaged will be sent to the guest email on file if requested.

No Smoking, No Vaping, No E-Cigs, No Candles, No Incense, No Open Flames:

Perfect Moments B&B is a smoke-free environment. Smoking or vaping is not allowed anywhere on the property, including the porches and balcony. We ask that you be considerate of other guests if you do choose to smoke and take a walk away from the property or along the nearby canal trail. We reserve the right to charge the credit card on file a minimum fee of $250 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and/or replacing upholstered furniture, window treatments, rugs and bedding if it is determined that a guest has violated this smoking policy.

Parking:

We have reserved free off-street parking for one vehicle per room and free street parking. Should you have more than one vehicle or a larger vehicle, including trailers, street parking is available. We are not responsible for damage to vehicles, for damage to items left inside the vehicle, or for loss of property from parked vehicles.

Pets:

Perfect Moments B&B is a pet-free property, apart from required service animals. If you will be staying with us and have a service animal, please include the breed of the animal in your reservation. Notice of your service animal should be given prior to arrival so proper arrangements may be made. Should you be traveling with a pet, we are happy to recommend a local boarding facility.

Pool Use:

We have a heated outdoor swimming pool for guests to enjoy during warmer seasons. Pool hours are from 9 am to 9 pm. There is no lifeguard on duty, so parents are responsible for their own children. Children under the age of 14 are not allowed in the pool area without a responsible adult present. Guests staying at The Cottage are welcome to enjoy the pool also.

The Inn Game Room, Table Games, Puzzles:

We have a pool table available for guest use from 9 am to 9 pm. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Table games/puzzles may be taken from the Game Room, but please return once you are finished with the game or puzzle. There are also a few games in the drawers under the TV in the main room of the Guest House.

Quiet Hours:

Perfect Moments B&B is committed to providing guests a peaceful and relaxing stay. To accommodate this, we ask that guests respect others by observing a quiet time between the hours of 9 pm and 8 am. Those staying with us who disturb other guests will be asked to leave and will not be provided a refund.

Events:

If you have a small event (wedding, bridal shower, anniversary celebration, etc.), we’d love to talk with you about how we may accommodate your needs. Prices and availability will be determined at the time of reservations. If you have friends and family who are not staying with us during a regular stay, it is your responsibility to limit their visit time as to not disturb our other guests.

Refrigerator/Kitchen Use:

There are full-size refrigerators in the common areas of both buildings available for all guest shared use. There is a full kitchen with cookware and place settings, including a microwave and oven, available in the Guest House for shared guest use. There is also a hot drink service station. Note that if the Guest House is rented as a Package, guests not part of that package will not be allowed to use the Guest House. The Kitchen in the Inn is not available for guest use, though the microwave and hot drink service is available for guest use.
